You may ask yourself: Why muesli and why freshly flaked?

The common oat is a true hidden champion and considered by health experts as one of the healthiest grains on earth.  Packed with minerals, vitamins, essential amino acids, and antioxidants, oats also contain a high amount of fiber and have an optimal protein composition.

So what are we doing that other muesli manufacturers are not?

However, in conventional production of oat flakes, the grain is heated, in particular to increase the product’s shelf life. Many nutrients are lost in the process, as most vitamins and amino acids are sensitive to heat. Nutrient depletion continues over time as the flaked oats are exposed to light and oxygen during storage.
